Traveling as Couple

Senior Traveler
Very quiet. At times, unable to reach front desk personnel by phone. Each day the bed was made but the room and bathroom were not cleaned. Otherwise, good convenient place to stay for a visit.

Family with Young Children
Don't let the name fool you. The rooms are not all suites, just a regular room with a half wall dividing the bathroom/closet area. Overall very satisfied with our stay, especially for the price. The room was big enough to set up a pack & play for our baby, and we could still pull out the sofa for our 3 year old. The pools were small - so you couldn't really enjoy them when there were other guests swimming, but no big deal. Would definitely stay here again. ...read more

Overall this hotel was nice. Good location, offered a free breakfast (but we never ate it because we slept in), free parking, awesome view of Pigeon Forge, the beds were comfortable, free wireless internet, and the rooms were fairly nice. ...read more

Solo Traveler
Our stay was pleasant enough. It was clean and quiet. We checked in a bit early and they accommodated us. It was close to the outlets for shopping and had a variety of restaurants close by.

Nice location off the main road at Pigeon Forge. Staff was helpful and room was clean. Beds too soft for me.

Traveling as Couple
The bathroom floor upon arrival was dirty. I took a towel and cleaned the floor and the towel was black. We stayed for two nights and the maid service came in and did not dispose of some garbage and dirty glasses and did not even through away a band aid left in the shower. Then did not replace the soap and did not vacuum the room. I spilled some power on the bathroom floor and it was still there.
